welcome parties for newies~!
I don't know why it's so hard to make some time to write something about the two induction conferences which finished 1 and a half weeks ago.it's my first time to be conference manager, of 2 conferences in 10 days! (very intensive experience :) ) so that I got the chance to look at AIESEC conferences from a new perspective.
I never know soft seat could make me feel so bad. After arriving in SJTU's office, Yuan and I were almost dead---dead as dead. But people kept calling me crazily---conference, conference! I felt so relaxed when I used up all my phone credits...:P
Facis from LCs are definitely amazing--a group of lovely people. And Dexter decided that the theme of the conference should be "Descendents of dragon", which sounds weird to foreign, but a very Chinese name "龙的传人" ：D
The morning of the first day, I felt so excited and energetic, I could not wait to meet all the delegates!!! This conference was so different from conferences before because of many interesting things---home groups, LC facis, balloons, dragon, no sugar cube, crazy and wild newies, workshops in the lobby, and sessions making people cry.
Beijing conference was a little bit different from Shanghai one--massive delegation---350, and huge faci team. I could not imagine what would happen if we had not separated regional induction conference into 2 regional ones...I absolutely loved those chocolates cookies and chips! Well done OC！
I really miss those "good old days"--went to the conferences, roll-call crazily, joining interesting sessions, as well as room parties.But in shanghai, I didn't even uncover the bed--I went to bed with all my clothes and shoes on for 3 nights. In Beijing, I didn't go to any room parties. But all these things, brought me an amazing conference manager experience---I felt that I was like a super woman at that time!
