what a New Year~!
I decided to leave MC men to go to shanghai for a new life in the New Year 2007--though it's only 4 days.
It’s fun to have a purely girls' trip, Primrose and Sophia are great travel mates, we had so much fun together.
We lived in Echo's fancy apartment in Xujianhui, which is in the downtown of Shanghai.
After the dinner with David and Eileen (SJTU alumni) in a nice restaurant, we went to BonBon for New Year party with AIESEC guys: Justin, Irene, Kim, Lavi, Tony, etc.
It's a crazy club full of people with different color of skins (and make up). I could not even find space to stand. When it came to the count down time, we fight our way to the dancing floor, regardless of the danger of the crowd.
People were dancing crazily, including us, thus I felt fairly dizzy even I only drank 2 cocktails. But Primrose's worse--she's drunk, and threw up, and on the way back to Echo's place, she's taking randomly to the taxi driver in Mandarin, English and our dialect. -_-! 6am on Jan 1st 2007, we went to bed...
The second day's our fruitful shopping day! Women were terrible when they got crazy about shopping, especially in limited time. Then we rushed to Pudong for Alex (SJTU alumni)'s birthday party at Eileen’s place. it's my first time to play Uno, just fucked the rule and threw my cards out! no punishment at the end, such a genius~ ! After that we went to KTV. I tries to keep myself away from the ordering machine, tried to hide my power of dominating the microphone :)
Jan 2nd was not a good day, it was raining, and I was sick, damn...but we had a big Russian dinner, by big, I mean really big...huge...too much food...we need to lose weight!~
the last day in Shanghai, I realized one of my goals in shanghai--visited an old village near shanghai, though it's still raining. we forgot to take camera there, god... :( but it was quite fun: cheap ticket, and big breakfast (it's been more than 10 years I haven't had soy milk mixed with fresh egg, god, it's sooooooo good)
When I came back to Beijing, our whole team's back. get back to work! my dragon team!~
